As Senior Legal Counsel in the Glovo Legal Team, you will oversee corporate matters for Glovo’s subsidiaries from Barcelona, guiding governance and lifecycle events. You will collaborate with Delivery Hero’s Corporate, Mu0026amp;A and Capital Markets teams to support international restructurings and optimization initiatives. You’ll develop and improve global corporate processes, policies, and training to ensure group-wide compliance. This role offers scope to shape corporate governance strategy across a multinational network and drive efficient, compliant expansion.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Primary contact for corporate legal matters across Glovo group subsidiaries worldwide• Lead and/or support capital increases/decreases, share transfers, restructurings, and other corporate lifecycle events• Act as an independent legal project manager for internal reorganizations• Develop and improve global corporate governance processes, policies, and documentation standards• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, playbook development, and governance policy trainings• Collaborate with Delivery Hero Group's Corporate, Mu0026A and Capital Market teams, Finance, Tax, Treasury, and local legal teams on corporate transactions and entity maintenanceResponsabilidades• Qualified lawyer with 6-8 years post-qualification experience in multinational in-house or top-tier law firm• Strong background in Corporate Law, Mu0026A, or Corporate Finance• Experience managing international corporate structures and cross-border legal projects• xcskxlj Understanding of financial statements, complex structures, debt instruments, cash pooling, capital reserves, and upstreaming• Experience with debt, pledges, notarial/legalization processes, board management, and legal entity compliance• Strategic thinker with organizational and execution skills• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at senior levels; ability to translate legal issues into commercially relevant insights• Fluency in English; Spanish is a strong advantageRequisitos principales•
