We are currently recruiting a Senior Engineer to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Develop the Conceptual Engineering Review the Basic and the Detailed Engineering Develop specifications for preliminary studies, purchase specifications for main equipment, and specifications for professional service contracts in new projects Provide technical support in the permitting, commissioning and start-up of new projects Leverage Best Practices and Lessons Learned among different regions Education and Certifications Master’s degree in mechanical, electrical or energy Engineering Fluent in English (C1) Experience and Technical Skills Minimum of 10 years of experience developing or reviewing detailed engineering for projects in the US, including engineering, permitting, and commissioning of PV plants, BESS systems, transmission lines, substations, thermal power plants, or process plants, either as a contractor or as Owner’s Engineer Key Competencies Strong autonomy, initiative, organizational and communication skills, with proven ability to work in a team, and excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities We believe in a culture of trust, shared goals, and accountability.
