As a Senior Entertainment Travel Consultant, you will Providetravel-related information, and pro-actively suggestadditionalservices to enhance the customers travelexperience Offer expert advice and consultation to our travelers, including detailed travel information, itineraries andpotentially suggesting upgrades andadditionalservices that align with the customer’sneeds Expertly use theappropriate theBCD Travel tools and systems to completerequests Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer About You Extensiveexperience in the travel industry Solid working knowledge of the travel policies, procedures, and processes Knowledgeable with travel industry system GDS Sabre Strong verbal and written communication skills inEnglish Proven ability to handle multiple prioritiessimultaneously Ability to work independently, exercising discretion andjudgment High levelof self-reliance and decision-making ability Demonstrated professional customer serviceskills About BCD Media & Entertainment We are the Media & Entertainment division of BCD Travel, one of the world’s largest and most admired travel management companies.
