Overview
In this role you will lead and coordinate functional safety activities for running projects and RFQs, focusing on systems. You will supervise a regional safety team and ensure safety compliance and timely delivery of safety work products. You will liaise with customers on technical matters and promote ISO 26262 practices across departments. This position offers the opportunity to shape safety culture and deliver safety-driven solutions at scale.
ResponsabilidadesSupport safety technical solutions for running projects and RFQs (mainly systems)Perform safety assessments and ensure timely delivery of work productsDirect contact with customers for technical matters in RFQs/RFQsProvide coaching and leadership to the Functional Safety team (EU and Rabat)Support ISO26262 adaptation across departmentsSupport ISO26262 compliance for technical solutionsLead lean safety releases for productionProvide functional safety consultancy to other departments/projects
Requisitos principalesProven experience in safety technical activities and work product generation (Systems, HW or SW)At least 5 years of functional safety related design activitiesExperience in providing safety-related training or coachingProficiency in ISO26262:2011 and 2018English language skills required; German desirableStrong communication and presentation skillsstrong communicationpresentation skillscoaching/mentoringISO26262:2011 and 2018safety assessmentsRFQ/RFI safety packaging
