We’re headquartered in Palma, Mallorca and employ around 3,500 people worldwide.## **JOB DESCRIPTION:**# **Job Summary:**We are seeking a detail‐oriented, organized and proactive professional to join our Corporate Legal team. This role is responsible for supporting the corporate legal function, ensuring that the group remains compliant with local corporate requirements across jurisdictions, and acting as a liaison with Finance, HR, Tax, and Accounting for matters related to intragroup agreements, approval of annual accounts, review of financing agreements, and operational facilitation of corporate entities individually and as a group.This position will also oversee the review of drafted documents and coordinate with directors, external advisers, and local offices worldwide to secure input, signatures, and finalization of documentation. Additionally, the role manages and coordinates external company secretarial advisers and external legal counsel.# **Responsibilities:*** Provide company secretarial support for the finance function, including facilitating the approval of annual financial statements for all group entities to meet local compliance requirements across jurisdictions, and performing UBO‐related filings.* Draft and review legal documentation such as board minutes, powers of attorney, intercompany contracts and loan documents, share certificates, and statutory registers.* Oversee the correct maintenance of corporate books.* Review finance and corporate treasury contracts.* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including operations, business, finance, tax, legal, accounting, and compliance to achieve optimal outcomes for the company.* Engage in daily communication with external advisors; support internal departments by effectively managing outside counsel and other external resources.* Assist with completion of KYC requirements and gathering signatures for documents.* Manage general administrative tasks including organizing company secretarial data (Blueprint/Diligent Companies), maintaining internal folders, preparing spreadsheets, booking couriers, and coordinating signatures.* Coordinate notary, courier, and translation services as required.**Experience and skillset:*** Experience in corporate legal, company secretarial, or governance roles within multi‐entity environments.* Strong understanding of cross‐jurisdictional corporate compliance.* Skilled in drafting and reviewing corporate documents and intercompany agreements.* Experience supporting annual accounts approval processes.* Ability to coordinate directors, external advisers, and internal teams.* Comfortable managing external legal and company secretarial providers.* Experience handling KYC processes and document execution workflows.* Highly organized, detail‐driven, and efficient in managing multiple tasks.* Proficient with Blueprint / Diligent Companies or similar tools.* Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution‐oriented approach.*At HBX Group, we believe that diversity drives innovation and makes travel a force for good.* *We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected.* *Join us and be part of a team where equal opportunities truly make a difference.*You will have the opportunity to work for a company that is going through significant change in becoming the world ́s leading travel services provider.
