This is a senior, high-impact role with strong exposure to the business and significant autonomy, focused on the negotiation, drafting and management of complex pharma agreements, with a particular emphasis on licensing-related work and international deals. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Legal Advice Provide senior, pragmatic and business-oriented legal advice across key functions (Business Development, Commercial, Finance, Operations, Procurement, HR). Identify, assess and mitigate legal risks in strategic initiatives, proposing practical solutions aligned with growth objectives. Act as a trusted internal legal reference, ensuring preventive, value-adding support to the business. 2. Complex Contracting & Licensing (core of the role) Lead the drafting, review and negotiation of complex agreements, both domestic and international, across the scope/markets supported.
