We're looking for a forward-thinking Legal Counsel to handle a diverse range of complex intellectual property matters on a global scale, from product approvals to high-stakes litigation. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliIncrease the global intellectual property portfolio through proactive registration and management. /liliProvide legal guidance across various business units globally, ensuring products are cleared for launch through rigorous product approval processes. /liliAdvise on cutting-edge technological elements and products that are new to the market, requiring creative legal solutions. /liliAct as a partner to the business by finding compliant "pathways to yes" rather than acting as a legal blocker. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliExpertise in intellectual property law, specifically in registration, infringement claims, and defensive strategies. /liliExperience dealing with IP matters across multiple jurisdictions (UK and global). /liliExperience preparing, filing and prosecuting high-quality patent applications before the EPTO (and/or international patent office). /liliA solution-oriented approach to navigate legal blockers to achieve business goals. /liliFluency in English. /li /ulpBy submitting this application, I agree that my personal data will be processed in accordance with Revolut’s Candidate Privacy Notice. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
