As a People/HR Business Partner at Wallbox, you will drive a high-performance culture across a global, fast-growing company. You’ll work hands-on with managers and leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, shaping organization design, talent development, and performance management. You will tackle employee relations and compliance, and lead data-driven improvements to reward practices and engagement.
