At ASTEK Iberia , we are looking for an experienced Senior PMO to play a key role in governance, planning, reporting, risk management, and delivery oversight in the Consumer Healthcare sector.No deje pasar esta oportunidad, inscríbase rápidamente si su experiencia y habilidades coinciden con lo que se indica en la siguiente descripción.The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and a leading global system integration partner to ensure successful program execution and alignment across all workstreams.Main responsibilities:Lead PMO governance activities across multiple projects and workstreams.Maintain and consolidate integrated program plans, timelines, and milestones.Coordinate RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).Monitor program budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance.Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and Steering Committee materials.Ensure alignment between internal teams and external partners.Track program performance, progress, and delivery risks.Support stakeholder communication and decision-making processes.Drive consistency in project management methodologies, standards, and reporting practices.Who are you?5 to 8 years of experience as a Senior PMO, Program PMO, or Program Management professional within large-scale transformation initiatives.Strong expertise in: PMO Governance, Integrated Planning, RAID Management, Budget & Financial TrackingExperience managing and coordinating external System Integrators (Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, IBM, or similar).Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership and executive committees.Excellent reporting, communication, and presentation skills.Advanced proficiency in: MS Project (or equivalent planning tools), Microsoft Excel, Portfolio and Project Reporting tools, Professional fluency in English.Nice to have:Experience in regulated environments.ITIL certification or Service Management expertise.Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and automation practices.Experience with M365, Intune, and modern workplace technologies.Who are we?Since 2015, Astek Iberia has been accompanying its customers in their development throughout Spain (Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Basque Country, Andalusia, Galicia, etc.).Founded in France in 1988, Astek is a global player in engineering and technology consulting, present in five continents and 25 countries.
