Knowledge exchange is key to us!Location: Barcelona (1-2 days/week in office, remote the rest)Key Responsibilities- Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer, leading design initiatives from discovery to delivery- Strong proficiency with Figma for wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs- Solid background designing end-to-end digital experiences for web and mobile products- Strong understanding of UX methodologies, interaction design, information architecture and visual design- Experience collaborating with Product, UX Research, Engineering and Brand teams- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design approaches- Understanding of accessibility principles and inclusive design- Fluent Business English (B2-C1)Nice to have- Experience contributing to the evolution of a company's xsgfvud design system and documentation- Data-informed design practices and experience with research/testing validation- Experience optimizing design processes, file management and version controlDiscover more about Capitole here have a look to how others think we are are excited to meet you!The employee will adhere to information security policies:-Will have access to confidential information related to Capitole and the project they are working on.-Must comply with the security policies and internal policies of the company and the client.-Must sign an NDA.
