About the Role We are supporting a large European alternative investment platform as it prepares the launch of a new infrastructure and renewable energy vehicle. The firm has an established presence in private markets and is expanding its infrastructure and energy transition strategy across Iberia, with ambitions to further internationalize its investor base. As part of this growth phase, the platform is seeking a Director to play a key role in broadening and diversifying its international LP coverage. This is a senior position within a focused, entrepreneurial team, offering strategic visibility and meaningful responsibility. The Opportunity You will contribute directly to fundraising execution and long-term investor coverage strategy, working closely with senior leadership. The role combines relationship development, strategic positioning, and active participation in capital raising efforts for the new infrastructure and renewables vehicle. Key Responsibilities Develop and deepen relationships with institutional investors, sovereign allocators, family offices, and sophisticated private capital sources Support fundraising efforts across the launch and scaling of the new vehicle Contribute to geographic prioritization and LP coverage strategy Expand and diversify the firm’s investor base Represent the platform in investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows Translate the investment strategy into a clear and differentiated institutional narrative Your Profile 8–12 years of experience in infrastructure, private equity, or real assets investor relations / fundraising Proven exposure to institutional LPs across multiple geographies Experience within a private markets platform Strategic mindset with the ability to operate in a lean, high-growth environment International network strongly valued Willingness to be based in Madrid You may currently be operating as a Principal, VP, Associate Director, or second seat within a capital raising team and seeking broader ownership and influence.
