ph3Job Overview /h3pThe Senior Sales Associate will join our team reporting to the Store Manager. You will build relationship with customers and maximize sales opportunity, whilst maintaining store standards in terms of image, product and operations, and delivering the Versace customer experience. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliPartner with management team to strategically achieve sales targets. /liliStrive to always increase brand and product knowledge. /liliMaster selling skills to satisfy customer needs. /liliTake action to maximize the sales opportunity on all categories. /liliEmbrace and promote our Retail Excellence Program with both clients and staff. /liliBuild strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management through effective communication. /liliEnsure superlative customer service standards, to meet customer expectations. /liliAct as brand ambassador to build relationships with new customers and VIP clientele. /liliDeliver the ultimate Versace experience to increase customer loyalty. /liliDrive results through delivering an elevated customer experience both during and after sale service. /liliPerform CRM activities, capture customer data, proactively take possible actions to maintain a long‑term relationship with customers. /liliParticipate in the organization of in‑store and promotional events. /liliImplement and manage the boutique’s community outreach program to maintain active social relationships with clients. /liliEnsure stock and the backroom are effectively managed and operational duties are met (goods receiving, transferring, stock take, stock arrangement, reporting, etc.). /liliRemain in compliance with operational and company policies and procedures. /liliEnsure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained according to company directives and participate in VM set‑up. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli2 to 3 years’ experience in retail – luxury experience preferred. /liliCreative skills and “eye for fashion”, attention to detail. /liliHigh level of knowing trends. /liliEntrepreneurial drive to achieve results. /liliWell‑connected with a strong ability to engage. /liliElevated customer service skills; a true fashion expert with a passion for sales. /liliPositive, outgoing, high‑energy personality able to thrive within a high‑paced environment and able to multi‑task. /liliStrong relationship skills and ability to maintain long‑term relationships with clients and community and understand the needs and changes of the market. /liliAbility to work in a team. /li /ulh3EEO Statement /h3pVersace is an equal employment opportunity employer.
