The Role
Senior Sales Development Representative (SSDR) for the DACH market. Reporting to the SDR Team Leader, you will feed the sales funnel by qualifying and engaging with prospective Perk customers. This role offers substantial professional development within a seasoned A-players Sales Team.
What will you be doing?
Become a product expert across our entire T&E platform and understand buying personas’ needs and challenges.
Execute multi-channel outbound with strategic messaging to prospects within the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
Partner with sales and marketing to create and launch targeted outbound campaigns.
Conduct in-depth qualification calls to thoroughly qualify potential clients using established criteria to ensure alignment between business challenges and our solution’s value proposition.
Understand the needs of target prospects and articulate the value Perk provides.
Take ownership of peer enablement initiatives, mentoring new SDRs.
What will you need to succeed?
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both spoken and written. Being a native German with high fluency in English is a must.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding outbound quotas.
Good understanding of B2B solution selling.
Goal-oriented with strong character and perseverance.
Hungry and ambitious, yet ethical and sound.
Highly collaborative with the ability to build strong partnerships with Sales Executives for seamless handoffs and pipeline conversion.
Customer-centric mindset and proactive with the ability to think outside the box to generate leads.
Legal authorization to work in Spain.
Existing experience in SaaS Sales / Sales Development is desired.

How We Work
Perk takes an IRL-first approach; team members work in person 3 days a week. This role requires being based within commuting distance of our hubs. We value meeting in real life to enhance connectivity, productivity, and culture. For some roles, relocation from anywhere is possible. English is the office language.
