As a Sr. Planning Manager, you will solve problems by conducting improvement analyses, understanding critical customer needs and business/market drivers, optimizing work processes, and ultimately implementing solutions. You will act as a strategic visionary, accountable to lead and coach the planning team, monitor the performance of the related supply planning process and continually improve the output and results. You may manage a team of individuals with varying levels of experience.How You'll Make An ImpactPartner with key leaders in Global Supply Chain, Operations Business Leader, Procurement, Finance, Customer Service, Training, Regulatory, and Safety to integrate and drive best business practices.May direct and coach a Planning organization focused on critical business processes.May have accountability for multiple sites or planning activities and/or multiple regions (global scope).Drive and own strategic roadmap creation/decision making and act as a change agent.Build a collaborative, inclusive and motivational team environment and manage overall talent development.Solve problems by conducting improvement analyses, understand critical customer needs and business/market drivers, optimize work processes, and ultimately implement solutions.Own accountability for team results, removing obstacles for the team to get work done.Drive engagement within and across teams.
