We’re looking for a Server Tech Lead to take charge of our Private Cloud infrastructure and drive innovation across multiple datacenters and hybrid environments. Why this role matters As the Server Tech Lead , you’ll be the trusted technical authority for server platform technologies. You’ll design and optimize high-performing, secure, and scalable solutions that keep mission-critical systems running flawlessly. From architecture and automation to disaster recovery and modernization, you’ll ensure our platforms are ready for the future. What you’ll do Lead with impact: Guide engineering squads, mentor tech leads, and set best practices for server technologies. Shape the architecture: Define strategies for performance, security, and scalability across on-prem and cloud environments. Drive modernization: Lead datacenter migrations, cloud adoption, and automation initiatives. Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Infrastructure, DevOps, and Product Owners to align technology with business goals. Be the expert: Act as the escalation point for complex incidents and ensure compliance, security, and reliability. What you bring Deep expertise in Windows Server , Linux , and virtualization platforms (Nutanix, VMware, Hyper-V). Experience with AWS , Azure , and hybrid-cloud strategies. Strong knowledge of automation tools (Terraform, Ansible) and scripting. A strategic mindset with hands-on technical skills.
