Initiatives have already been launched (POCs, pilot projects), but the current challenge lies in: /pulliTransforming the POCs into a sustainable transformation. /liliThe overall structuring of the practice. /liliOrganizational alignment and buy-in. /li /ulpbr/ppYour responsibilities will include: /pulliProviding a strategic vision for service design. /liliInteracting with senior management. /liliIdentifying the appropriate approaches to transform initiatives into sustainable programs. /liliStructuring methods, frameworks, and processes. /liliSupporting the development of internal skills (mentoring interested designers). /liliCreating the conditions for adoption and continuity after the Proof of Concept (POC). /li /ulpbr/ppThis is not a purely operational role, but rather one of structuring, influencing, and strategic activation. /ppbr/ppbDesired Profile: /b /ppbr/pp You hold a university degree (or equivalent). /pp You have at least b8 years of experience as a Service Designer professional. /b /p
