Experteer Overview
In this role you will ensure the quality, performance and reliability of ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. You will work closely with developers, analysts and product owners to translate requirements into robust test strategies and tests. You’ll cover incident, change and asset management modules, perform functional, integration, regression and performance testing, and drive defect resolution. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position in an international environment with a strong focus on delivering value through quality.

• Understand business and functional requirements for ServiceNow
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, functional teams, Support Squad, Product and Business Owners
• Create test strategies, plans and cases for modules (Incident, Change, Asset Management, etc.)
• Define test scenarios for workflows, integrations and customizations
• Perform functional, integration, regression and performance testing; generate reports and maintain documentation
• Validate ServiceNow modules, custom scripts and APIs
• Test upgrades and patches to ensure smooth platform updates
• Identify, document and track defects and work with developers to resolve them
• Assess readiness to deploy releases
• Create complex reports and dashboards to meet business requirements
• Take ownership and follow up on assigned projects to ensure targets are met
Responsabilidades
• 3–5 years of experience in QA/Testing roles, particularly with ServiceNow projects
• Degree in IT/IT related fields or equivalent experience
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in working in Agile squads
• ITIL framework understanding u0026 experience in ITSM processes and workflows
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and writing)
• Proactive and can-do attitude
