In this role you drive customer outcomes and value realization for EMEA Servigistics customers, acting as the trusted advisor and voice of the customer within PTC. You will collaborate with executive, program, and technical teams to expand relationships, ensure adoption, and support renewals. You’ll balance customer needs with product feedback to shape experiences and opportunities for growth. This is a high-impact, cross-functional position in a global company that values learning and teamwork.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Ensure delighted experiences for EMEA Servigistics customers• Advance and strengthen the PTC-EMEA customer relationship• Establish a partnership operating framework with stakeholder engagement to drive outcomes, expansion, and renewal• Function as trusted advisor to executive, program, and technical teams• Represent the voice of the customer to enable product quality improvements and market growth• Contribute as an account team member, identify threats and opportunities, and provide account management support• Manage adoption programs for key accounts designated by the Servigistics Regional Director• Ensure rapid, successful adoption of acquired solutions and tangible customer value• Collaborate to secure smooth renewal experiences and mitigate churn risk• Identify and share expansion opportunities with Servigistics EMEA Sales• Coordinate with global Servigistics marketing on Servigistics Customer event in EMEAResponsabilidades• 6+ years of Customer Success, Project/Program xcskxlj Management or related experience• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience• Ability to travel ~25% of the time• Domain experience with SLM and Service Supply Chain Planning• Strong oral and written communication skills• Negotiation under complex/high-pressure environments• Ability to translate technical/operational issues into business value• Basic understanding of project management and multi-functional coordination• Fluency in English; German/French a plusRequisitos principales•
