Experteer Overview
In this role you enable efficient, compliant Site Contracting operations by leading inspection readiness and quality activities. You will support audits, drive process improvements, and partner with Quality to ensure robust contracting processes. You’ll train teams, analyze quality trends, and maintain documentation to withstand inspections. This is a chance to shape site contracting practices within a values‑driven organization focused on patient access and quality.

• Maintain and improve process documentation (job aids, templates, team files)
• Oversee audit readiness and support for Site Contracting stakeholders during audits
• Analyze quality trends and develop mitigation plans for gaps
• Lead training sessions for Site Contracting team
• Collaborate with Quality counterparts to ensure robust processes for future audits
• Perform quality reviews of site contracts for formatting, content, and budget
• Review contracting database entries (SharePoint, Site Knowledge trackers, CTMS)
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree
• 3–5 years of experience at a CRO, sponsor, or equivalent
• Experience in contract management
• Experience supporting inspections (preparation and audits)
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
• Excellent communication and ability to engage across levels
• Ability to work cross-functionally
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrix environment
• Right to work in the country of employment
