Envíe su solicitud haciendo clic en el botón "Solicitar".Wood is recruiting a Site Engineer for its Power & Industrial (OA) Steam Generation Solutions Operations business, a global leader in project engineering, equipment and technical services for the energy and industrial markets. The role involves overseeing all aspects of assigned work packages at the site, ensuring erection and installation processes meet company and client requirements, and maintaining HSSE compliance.ResponsibilitiesOversee erection of equipment following company and vendor manuals.Inspect and verify materials, equipment and components supplied for the project.Resolve client and contractor queries regarding deviations, deficiencies and missing items.Ensure storage and handling of materials meet required standards.Interpret and support engineering drawings and technical documentation.Provide technical assistance to the client on erection and installation.Verify compliance with company, sub‑supplier and project requirements.Document non‑conformances and incident reports in writing.Lead site walk‑downs and punch‑list activities prior to erection completion.Maintain HSSE and quality requirements.Represent Wood in site meetings and coordinate with relevant disciplines.Manage material movement and ensure cost‑effective control.Respond to scope changes and complete necessary change management documentation.Participate in audits, investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.Co‑mentor junior personnel as needed.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Energy or a related engineering discipline.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar site engineering role.Fluent written and oral English (C certification preferable).Native level Spanish language proficiency.Proficient use of Microsoft Office.Strong understanding of technical work scopes, key dates and milestones.Knowledge of Engineering Management and Project Engineering best practices.Commercial awareness and understanding of change control.Valid work permit to live and work in Spain.Desired SkillsExperience with steam generator equipment, power plants and clean air technologies.Proficiency in managing client interactions and achieving departmental objectives.Solid knowledge of quality control and NDTs. xcskxlj Familiarity with applicable standards:ASME I and B31.1ASTM & AWSEN1090Equal Employment OpportunityWe are an equal opportunity employer that recognises the value of a diverse workforce.
