Envíe su solicitud haciendo clic en el botón "Solicitar".We are partnering with a leading multinational industrial company in the chemicals sector to appoint a Site Leader for a key manufacturing facility in Spain.This is a high-impact leadership role with full responsibility for site operations, team performance, and execution of business strategy within a complex, fast-paced industrial environment.The OpportunityAs Site Leader, you will:Lead the site with a strong focus on safety, ethics, and operational excellenceLiaise between the Business and the plant to ensure communication is cascading down and upDefine and execute the annual operating plan (AOP) aligned with business objectivesDrive performance across HSE, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Asset EfficiencyBuild, coach, and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teamsLead CAPEX planning and execution, including investment and expansion projects in agreement with the global business, continuous improvement and transformation initiatives. xcskxlj Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, procurement, and engineeringPartner with commercial and business teams to support growth and customer delivery within the scope of the plant and in line with the business supported.Your ProfileMaster’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or similar10+ years in manufacturing leadership roles within industrial or chemical environmentsProven experience managing complex manufacturing sites or operationsStrong people leadership and team development capabilitiesExperience in CAPEX, continuous improvement, and operational excellence frameworksStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsFluent in Spanish and English (Catalan is a plus)Comfortable in a matrix, international environmentNOTE: This is a position that requires daily on-site presence and therefore candidates would need to be based near Barcelona SE: 510791178
