Descúbralo a continuación.We are currently looking for a motivated, experienced and hand-onSite Manager for our projects in Eastern Europe.The Site Manager acts as the primary on-site representative of the company and serves as the key interface with customers, contractors, and internal project teams. Theposition is remote.This is a remote position within Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania or BulgariaKey Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day on-site activities during installation, commissioning, and handover of BESS projects.Project commissioning management within the area, from project mobilization to SAT completion.On-site resource coordination: Coordinate personnel within the region/service provider personnel, allocate resources such as spare parts and tools, and ensure the smooth implementation of the project.Safety and Quality Management: Responsible for on-site operational safety. Technical Issue Resolution: Responsible for the feedback and promotion of on-site technical issues to ensure the smooth delivery of the projectPersonnel Management: Responsible for personnel scheduling and daily technical growthResponsible for maintaining good customer relationships and improving regional service satisfactionQualifications:Technical Bachelor degree or technical education or vocational training in electrical, mechanical, or energy-related fields.Fluent working knowledge ofEnglish and Chinese .5+ years of experience in site management, construction supervision, or installation management, preferably in energy, power, or industrial projects.Strong hands-on experience managing works on active construction or industrial sites.Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical installation activities.Knowledge of HSE standards and site safety practices. xcskxlj Willingness to work full-time on customer sites and travel within Eastern Europe as required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
