Experteer Overview As Site Specialist II at ICON, you independently manage site support activities and act as the operations contact for sites, helping to ensure compliant study start-up and maintenance. You will coordinate documentation, support site staff, and keep trial management tools up to date. You’ll help plan site meetings and monitor milestones while seeking opportunities to streamline workflows. You work closely with cross-functional teams to support quality and efficiency and mentor junior colleagues. - Coordinate site-level document collection, review, and maintenance for assigned sites or studies
- Serve as operational liaison for site staff on documentation, systems, and processes
- Maintain up-to-date site status, metrics, and milestones in clinical trial management tools
- Support planning and logistics for site meetings, investigator meetings, and monitoring visits
- Identify opportunities to streamline site workflows and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Provide guidance to Site Specialist I or junior colleagues and share best practicesResponsabilidades
- Fluent in French and English
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, or related field, or equivalent clinical research experience
- Relevant experience in site support, clinical administration, or similar roles within CRO, pharma, or healthcare
- Good understanding of clinical trial processes, GCP, and site documentation requirements
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple sites
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, service-focused mindset
