This role is a hands‑on, content‑obsessed opportunity for someone who is a native‑English content lover, naturally curious, a fast learner, turns raw transcripts into blog posts that drive organic growth, and has experience running social media and content for B2B brands, founders or podcasts. /p h3About the Role /h3 pWe’re looking for a bSocial Media Community Manager /b to own and grow our online voice across LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube, our podcast ecosystem, and balea.com /b. You’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing, Design team, and directly with our Founder to support and promote his recently launched podcast, The Under Pressure Podcast. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pbYou will: /b /p pb1. Podcast Management (Under Pressure Podcast) /b /p ul liWork directly with the Founder of Alea, to bring his podcast to life and grow its audience. /li liUpload new episodes to Spotify, Apple, Amazon, Audible, and YouTube. /li liWrite compelling show notes, pull‑quotes, and social snippets for each episode. /li liCollaborate with Design for branded thumbnails and ensure all episodes are featured on alea.com. /li /ul pb2. YouTube Video Content /b /p ul liManage Alea’s YouTube channel: maintain playlists, re‑upload content, and ensure everything is clean and on‑brand. /li liRepurpose video content from webinars, conferences, and panels into snackable clips. /li liCoordinate with Design on thumbnails and visuals for YouTube and podcast promotion. /li /ul pb3. Website Blog Content /b /p ul liTransform podcast transcripts into bengaging, SEO‑friendly blog articles /b. /li liKeep the blog homepage fresh, clean, and organized. /li liUpload company news, product updates, and event recaps. /li /ul pb4. Analytics Reporting /b /p ul liTrack performance across LinkedIn, YouTube Studio, and podcast platforms. /li liDeliver bconcise monthly reports /b with insights, trends, and actionable learnings to the Head of Marketing. /li /ul pb5. Content Creation Social Media Engagement /b /p ul liEdit and repurpose video content into Reels, TikToks, and short‑form videos tailored for each platform. /li liCreate engaging posts and campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, and other relevant channels. /li /ul pStay on top of social media trends to create culturally relevant, timely content. /p h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul libNative‑level English /b – your writing is sharp, engaging, and typo‑free.
