Experteer Overview
As a senior software leader at IFCO, you will design robust, scalable software architectures and drive quality across the product stack. You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, reliability, and data handling at large scale. You will mentor junior developers, promote learning, and introduce innovative approaches to improve the software backbone of a circular, sustainable packaging business. This role offers influence over infrastructure choices and a chance to shape software that supports sustainable food supply chains.

Responsabilidades
• Extensive knowledge of web technologies and protocols
• In-depth experience in RDBMS development
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and applications
• Experience with clean architectures, testing methodologies, and API development
• Proficiency in programming languages (Java; also TypeScript, Kotlin, J or similar)
• Ability to devise creative business and technical solutions
• Capable of serving as a role model in technical decision-making and solution design
• Experience with frameworks like Symfony or SpringBoot
• Business-fluent English; additional languages are a plus
