Your Role We are looking for a Solution Key Account in Barcelona for our Hotels & Residentials business segment, who will have a key focus on new business development and account management for Luxury Hotels and Residentials in the assigned area, enhancing relationships with our clients and managing a large portfolio of products, services and solutions. Your Impact Develop business opportunities and the market potential. Ensure that local sales, profitability and cash flow targets are achieved. Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities and update the CRM. Increase customer satisfaction. Maintain and develop existing relationships and seek new opportunities. Manage the market and carry out an appropriate number of customer/prospect visits in line with company sales code. About You Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive. You have a positive and proactive mindset, strong organizational skills and are used to working in a fast-paced environment. What you should bring: At least 3 years of sales experience as a Solution Key Account or in a similar role. Degree in Business Administration, Sales or similar. Experience with CRM software.
