Se espera un gran volumen de solicitantes para el puesto que se detalla a continuación, no espere para enviar su CV.Our tools, materials and wear-resistant solutions enable customers to run longer, cut faster and machine with greater precision.Kennametal is built for performance, and every day approximately 8,700 employees are helping customers in nearly 100 countries solve problems and improve their competitiveness.Actually, we are looking for two Solutions Engineers who works in our office, based in Sant Cugat del Vallès, close to Barcelona (25 minutes by train from Plaza Catalunya), in our Solutions Engineer Department, reporting to Manager Department.The main mission of this position will be process customer-specific tools requests of tools and metal cutting tools and work out offers purchase orders, in order to provide it to our manufacturing plants and offices in Germany, and other countries in the EMEA region. FUNCTIONS:- Create concept drawings in consideration of technical and economic concerns.- Analyse and calculate the cutting data (processing time, tool life etc.) in order to select the best cutting technique for each customer.- Develop small projects and bear the technical responsibility for your conceived tools, which includes give clarifications internal (Sales Department) as well as external (costumers).- Get in contact with the design department, which do 3D concept drawings or transform your concept drawing in a 3D model / drawing.- Provide external and internal presentations of tool solutions.- Make a decision between make (inhouse) or buy.- Clarify and monitor delivery dates.- Update technical databases. WHAT WE NEED:- Industrial Technical Engineer or Graduate in Engineering of the industrial branch.- At least 1 year of experience working as an engineer.- Handle of any desing program (AutoCAD, NX or SolidWorks) and Microsoft Office suite.- Language skills are crucial: very good level of English (C1) and intermediate German (B1) will be mandatory.- Competences: Teamwork.Attention to detail.Ability to learn.Organisational skills.
