Experteer Overview
In this role, you own the bid lifecycle for space opportunities, turning customer needs into competitive proposals aligned with Indra's processes. You collaborate with sales, program, and engineering teams to shape strategy, price, and risk posture. You will engage with ESA/EUSPA and other authorities, guiding cross-functional bid teams from opportunity maturation to award. The position supports Europe’s space autonomy through end-to-end satellite solutions and major programs, offering scope to influence governance and bid strategy at scale.

• Identify and qualify space opportunities and maintain relationships with institutional and commercial customers
• Contribute to commercial strategy in coordination with Sales Management and Key Account Managers
• Translate customer needs into competitive bid approaches and lead pre-bid activities
• Lead bid launch per the O2O process and coordinate the bid team across all domains
• Plan and manage bid activities across technical, commercial, financial, and contractual areas
• Ensure compliance with requirements, milestones, and submission deadlines
• Define bid strategy, value proposition, differentiators, and consortium approach
• Prepare inputs for Bid/No Bid decisions and assess risks and opportunities
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage partner/subcontractor relationships
• Consolidate budgets, pricing, margins, and commercial scenarios
• Identify and mitigate technical, commercial, and contractual risks
• Present bids in internal committees and handover to Programs after award
• Support clarification and negotiation phases post-submission
Responsabilidades
• Experience managing complex bids in an industrial environment, ideally Space/Defence
• Proven track record in European and/or national institutional tenders
• Experience working with multiple internal stakeholders across functions
• Knowledge of the space market and space programs
• Understanding of European public procurement processes
• Strong systems engineering fundamentals at bid level
• Experience with cost models, pricing, and risk management
• High professional proficiency in English
