Responsibilities 1. Commercial Leadership & Growth. Own and execute the Spain and EU go-to-market strategy, driving institutional client acquisition and revenue growth. Develop senior relationships with institutional counterparties, including: Digital asset funds / asset managers Proprietary trading firms Family offices Brokers and exchanges Financial institutions and fintechs Originate and advance opportunities across the company's prime services: execution, liquidity, clearing/settlement workflows, custody partnerships, and financing. 2. Regulatory & Licensing (Spain / EU). Support and help drive CNMV engagement and MiCA CASP licensing, acting as a primary interface with regulators as appropriate. Coordinate regulatory workstreams with internal stakeholders (legal, compliance, operations) and external counsel / advisors. Manage timelines, documentation readiness, and cross-functional alignment for regulatory submissions and follow-ups. 3. Partnerships & Ecosystem Development.
