About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Engineer to join the team and help them build scalable, real-time systems that power the platform. This is a great opportunity to work on advanced distributed systems, tackle low-latency problems, and contribute directly to the architecture of a product that will redefine an entire industry.
Key Challenges
Design and implement scalable architectures capable of handling large volumes of data and high user concurrency .
Optimize system performance to ensure real-time responsiveness for critical features.
Solve complex problems related to distributed systems , such as managing Kafka partitions , WebSocket connections , and asynchronous event processing .
Build robust infrastructure to support innovative AI-driven functionalities while maintaining reliability and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Senior Backend Engineer , with expertise in distributed systems, scalability, and real-time processing.
Deep understanding of backend technologies such as Python , Kafka , WebSockets , and similar tools.
Strong knowledge of concurrency , asynchronous programming , and low-latency system design .
Experience working on large-scale systems , preferably in industries like video streaming, real-time communications, or SaaS platforms.
A problem-solving mindset with a passion for tackling innovative and complex technical challenges.
While not mandatory, familiarity with AI/ML technologies is a plus.
