At Zoco Home, we believe a store is more than a place to shop — it’s a space that tells a story. We are now looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Marbella store, someone who combines a strong commercial mindset with a deep appreciation for design, people, and operational excellence.

Your Role
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the Marbella store. You will lead by example, create an exceptional customer experience, and ensure the store reflects Zoco Home’s brand values.

Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop the store team
Drive sales performance and achieve targets
Deliver outstanding customer service
Oversee visual merchandising to ensure brand consistency
Manage inventory, stock levels, and operational routines
Handle scheduling, training, and daily store administration

Who are we looking for
Proven experience as a Store Manager (in lifestyle, interior, fashion, or premium retail)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Sales-driven mindset with a passion for xiphteb customer experience
Eye for design and visual merchandising
Fluent in  Spanish and English  (additional languages are a plus)
Organized, proactive, and hands-on approach
