We are now looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Marbella store in Puerto Banús, someone who combines a strong commercial mindset with a deep appreciation for design, people, and operational excellence. As Store Manager, you will play a key role in representing the brand, driving performance, and creating an inspiring and memorable customer experience. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop the store team. Drive sales performance and consistently achieve commercial targets. Deliver an outstanding, personalised customer experience. Oversee visual merchandising to ensure brand consistency and presentation standards. Manage inventory, stock levels, and operational routines. Handle staff scheduling, training, and daily store administration. Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations and compliance with company procedures. Requirements Proven experience as a Store Manager in lifestyle, interior design, fashion, or premium retail. Strong leadership and communication skills. Sales-driven mindset with a clear focus on customer experience. Strong eye for design and visual merchandising. Fluency in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).
