Role & Responsibilities
The role is a Store Manager to lead our stores in Barcelona.
Responsibilities include:
Support the area manager in daily activities by actively contributing to the design of the Store's commercial and HR strategy
360° management of your shop
Plan, implement and monitor measures necessary to achieve and exceed sales objectives
Ensure and collaborate in the implementation of merchandising standards and optimize sales space to maximize profitability
Manage the warehouse by maintaining correct stock levels in compliance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies
Know and apply brand and seasonal visual merchandising standards
Supervise the reception of customers, ensuring it is in line with POP MART guidelines
Coordinate commercial and organizational activities, including animations, events, new launches, and CRM campaigns
Train new joiners and accompany them on their growth path in collaboration
Act as a role model and promote effective communication within the sales team
Monitor team performance (KPIs and achievement of personal and store objectives) and animate it to achieve results
Analyze and animate KPIs relating to customer behavior (entrances, average receipt, pieces per receipt, etc.)
Ensure achievement of department budget and target
Apply company procedures and commercial policies (prices, promotions, communication) established by central services
Support other stores when needed, ensuring continuity of management and alignment with company standards
Required Qualifications & Experience
Citizenship or Work Permit is required
At least 4−5 years experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder) preferably in dynamic multinational retail contexts or Fashion Luxury
Knowledge of main trade KPIs, confidence in budget management, analysis, and daily reports
Agility, dynamism, and problem solving
Strong results orientation
High predisposition in managing a team, guiding it towards objectives and creating a virtuous team spirit
Degree (bachelor's or master's) preferred
Excellent knowledge of Spanish and English
Strong knowledge of Excel
Desirable: Knowledge of CEGID (Not Essential)
