You are passionate about the retail world. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the area manager in daily activities by actively contributing to the design of the Store's commercial and HR strategy /li li360° management of your shop /li liPlan, implement and monitor the measures necessary to achieve and exceed sales objectives /li liEnsure and collaborate in the implementation of merchandising standards and optimize sales space to maximize profitability /li liManage the warehouse by maintaining the correct stock level in compliance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies /li liPossess good product and fashion knowledge, know and apply brand and seasonal visual merchandising standards /li liSupervise the reception of customers, ensuring that it is in line with POP MART guidelines /li liCoordination of commercial and organizational activities particularly on your Store (animations, events, new launches, CRM campaigns) /li liTrain New Joiners and accompany them on their path of growth and development in collaboration /li liAct as a role model and promote effective communication within the sales team /li liMonitor the performance of your team (KPIs and achievement of personal and store objectives) and animate it in order to achieve results /li liAnalyze and animate KPIs relating to customer behavior (entrances, average receipt, pieces per receipt) /li liEnsure the achievement of your department (budget and target achievement) /li liApply company procedures (regulations, safety procedures) and commercial policies (prices, promotions, communication) established by central services /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liCitizenship or Work Permit is required /li liAt least 5-10 years' experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder) preferably in dynamic multinational retail contexts /li liKnowledge of the main trade KPIs, confidence in budget management, analysis and daily reports /li liAgility, dynamism and problem solving /li liStrong results orientation /li liHigh predisposition in managing a team, guiding it towards objectives and creating a virtuous team spirit /li liDegree (bachelor's or master's degree) preferred /li liExcellent knowledge of Spanish and English /li /ul h3People and Growth /h3 pIt\'s all about PEOPLE!
