Experteer Overview
In this role you drive growth for medium and large national strategic accounts by shaping and executing sales strategies. You will build trusted partnerships with key decision-makers and lead cross-functional collaboration to secure value creation and revenue expansion. You’ll monitor market trends and competitive threats to protect and grow market share, while coaching and guiding sales teams to win complex deals. This is a fast-paced, impact-oriented position at Essity with a clear focus on strategic value and customer partnership.

• Develop and implement sales strategies for growing medium and large national strategic accounts
• Identify stakeholders and map sales processes to meet and exceed targets
• Cultivate new opportunities within existing strategic accounts and align proposals with financial strategy
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to increase advocacy for Essity
• Motivate and support sales teams with business cases combining product evidence and financials
• Negotiate contracts and position products against competitors
• Collaborate with regional sales managers, sales professionals, and marketing to meet targets and own strategic account plans
