SUPO, where required).Desplácese hacia abajo para obtener una visión general completa de lo que requerirá este trabajo. ¿Es usted el candidato adecuado para esta oportunidad?Role focuses on selling ICEYE's Natural Catastrophe Solutions to European-based insurance companies.Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key enterprise customers, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisorDrive account growth by identifying new opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling solutions aligned with customer needs and long-term goalsUnderstand client business objectives and ensure alignment between expectations and deliverables to maximize satisfaction and retentionCoordinate internal resources to meet customer requirements and ensure successful delivery, acting as the voice of the customer within the organizationCreate and execute strategic account plans, including forecasting, budgeting, and business reviews to track performance and drive growthAnalyze account performance using key metrics, providing regular insights and reports to internal stakeholders and client decision-makersResolve complex issues effectively, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyaltyMust-haves What we're looking for 3+ years of sales experience with re/insurers, with a strong desire to continue growing and readiness to take the next step in professional developmentPassion for developing new markets, selling solutions, building relationships, and solving complex problems with clients and colleaguesSelf-motivated and proactive, with strong interpersonal skillsAbility to communicate complex ideas clearly to audiences with limited knowledge of ICEYE solutions and capabilitiesFluent in EnglishAbility to work in a fast-paced startup environment with globally distributed teamsWillingness to travel internationally to meet clients and attend industry eventsNice To Have Fluency in French and/or ItalianExperience in geospatial data or related industriesUnderstanding of natural catastrophesBenefits Our benefits are designed to support your health and wellbeing, at work and beyond.
