We are looking for a Strategic Buyer – Global Sourcing Indirect to lead end-to-end sourcing across 40+ indirect spend categories in a truly global renewable energy environment. Main responsibilities: Manage sourcing projects across indirect categories: consulting, engineering services, training, travel, facility management, and more Negotiate contracts with international suppliers — commercial terms, risk allocation, and clause-level contract review Manage the full sourcing cycle: requirements gathering, supplier scouting, tendering, evaluation, and contract finalization Partner with internal stakeholders across departments and geographies, influencing without formal authority Drive cost savings through TCO analysis, supplier consolidation, and process improvement Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks (Sourcing Board, OpEx/CapEx workflows, Limits of Authority) Support supplier homologation and risk management ✅ Requirements: 5+ years of experience in indirect procurement or sourcing Demonstrated contract literacy — ability to read, challenge, and negotiate complex agreements Strong stakeholder management skills in cross-functional, international environments Fluent English (German or Spanish is a strong asset) Working knowledge of SAP MM Willingness to travel Location: Pamplona or Madrid (Spain) Why Join Us?
