Join Our Team to Navigate This Challenge Together!We are looking for a Strategic Buyer – Global Sourcing Indirect to lead end-to-end sourcing across 40+ indirect spend categories in a truly global renewable energy environment.Main responsibilities:Manage sourcing projects across indirect categories: consulting, engineering services, training, travel, facility management, and moreNegotiate contracts with international suppliers — commercial terms, risk allocation, and clause-level contract reviewManage the full sourcing cycle: requirements gathering, supplier scouting, tendering, evaluation, and contract finalizationPartner with internal stakeholders across departments and geographies, influencing without formal authorityDrive cost savings through TCO analysis, supplier consolidation, and process improvementEnsure compliance with internal governance frameworks (Sourcing Board, OpEx/CapEx workflows, Limits of Authority)Support supplier homologation and risk managementRequirements:5+ years of experience in indirect procurement or sourcingDemonstrated contract literacy — ability to read, challenge, and negotiate complex agreementsStrong stakeholder management skills in cross-functional, international environmentsFluent English (German or Spanish is a strong asset)Working knowledge of SAP MMWillingness to travelLocation: Pamplona or Madrid (Spain)
