The Opportunity
We are looking for a Strategic Finance & M&A Manager to play a key role in scaling a fast‑growing engineering platform by executing an ambitious buy & build strategy. This is a high‑impact position, working closely with the CEO, CFO, and Board, and with real exposure to value creation and decision‑making.
The Role
You will lead the platform’s organic and inorganic growth strategy, combining hands‑on M&A execution, post‑merger integration with active involvement in financial planning and performance monitoring and execution of the company’s business plan.
You will also contribute to building scalable financial processes, reporting frameworks, and strategic decision support.
Who we are looking for
Investor mindset combining analytical rigor with business judgment
5-8 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, private equity, audit, or consulting
Hands‑on transaction experience (valuation, due diligence, negotiation)
Strong financial and analytical background
Comfortable operating in fast‑growing, evolving environments
Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders
Fluency in English and Spanish
Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or similar
Key Responsibilities
Lead post‑acquisition integration planning and execution
Drive synergy identification, tracking, and capture across the platform
Monitor business plan execution, financial performance, and key value creation initiatives
Improve financial processes, reporting, and performance tracking
Prepare materials for Board, investors, and lenders
Support inorganic growth strategy alongside senior leadership and investors
Support transaction execution and due diligence workstreams
