Overview
In this FP&A role within the Europe team, you will deliver strategic productivity analyses to inform executive decisions on costs. You’ll synthesize financial and business inputs with local and central teams to produce comparable data and clear conclusions. You will connect high-level cost drivers to complex reporting and support forecasting through KPI analyses. This is a cross-functional, impact-focused role that shapes cost governance across Europe.

ResponsabilidadesDrive strategic productivity analysis across FP&A organizationProvide recurring analysis of the cost structure (direct/indirect costs, functional view) and related KPIsSupply high-level KPI trends to support forecastingLink cost drivers with reporting results and analysesAnalyze reports to identify challenges and opportunities and follow up actionsMaintain understanding of cost drivers and results across Europe (entities, reporting lines, intercompany, cost allocations)
