Job Description As a key member of the Partner Management team at Cainiao Iberia, this role bridges operational execution and data-driven strategy within the last-mile logistics network. The position leads high-impact projects focused on scaling delivery operations through technology, process optimization, and network engineering. The objective is to improve profitability, service quality, and operational efficiency by transforming complex data into actionable tools and insights. Key Responsibilities Last-Mile Network Optimization: Lead network engineering initiatives to improve logistics flow, identify operational bottlenecks, and redesign dispatch processes to increase delivery density and efficiency. Cost Structure Analysis and Optimization: Analyze last-mile cost structures to identify savings opportunities through resource optimization and technical performance reviews of delivery partners. Process Engineering and Standardization: Design, optimize, and standardize Standard Operating Procedures to streamline internal workflows and external communication with last-mile providers. Automation and Analytics Tooling: Build, maintain, and improve automated tools and business intelligence dashboards to support real-time performance monitoring and data-driven decision making. Strategic and Predictive Analysis: Act as the strategic reference for Partner Managers by providing data driven insights on capacity planning, demand forecasting, and operational scalability. Job Requirements 1. Education level (Must-have) Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain, Data Science, or a related technical field. 2. Hard skills required (Must-have) ‒ Advanced proficiency in Structured Query Language and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. ‒ Programming skills in Python or R for automation, data processing, and analytical modeling. ‒ Solid knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies applied to operational efficiency. 3. Experience and languages (Must-have) - Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical or analytical roles within logistics, e-commerce, or third-party logistics environments, with a focus on last-mile operations. - Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish. 4. Soft skills required (Must-have) - Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on cost efficiency and scalability. - Ability to translate technical and data-driven insights into clear, business-oriented recommendations for internal and external stakeholders. - Proactive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced, international environment.
