You will work on high-impact, international strategy and management consulting projects, primarily within the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector.Our clients include technology firms, regulatory authorities, public institutions, and more.By joining Axon, you will have the opportunity to contribute across our three core consulting practices:StrategyBusiness & Network ModellingPolicy & RegulationMain ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for:Handling and delivering diverse consulting projects in the technology and telecom sectors.Identifying key challenges and proposing structured, actionable recommendations.Presenting strategic insights and proposals through reports and presentations.Building and maintaining strong client relationships.Collaborating effectively with multicultural teams.Supporting senior team members in business development efforts and proposal writingWhat We OfferOver 95% of our projects are international in scope.Short project cycles, providing exposure to multiple initiatives each year.Frequent travel opportunities.A dynamic and collaborative work environment.Clear and robust career progression plan.Profile RequirementsWe are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:A degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics, with a GPA above 3.0 or equivalent academic performance. Postgraduate qualifications are a plus3 to 4 years of experience in strategy/management/business consultingStrong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Team-oriented mindset with adaptability to dynamic environments.Willingness and ability to travel internationally.Fluent in English (minimum C1 level required).Proficiency in Spanish, Gulf Arabic, or other languages is a plus.A valid work permit for Spain is required.Why Axon?At Axon, you'll join a global, high-performing team with a strong culture of excellence.
