Overview As a Strategy Manager, you will work on multichannel and cross-media communication projects, providing innovative brand connection solutions. You will lead new business approaches, coordinate multidisciplinary workshops, launch research initiatives, and ensure a strong results-oriented mindset. We are looking for a self-sufficient professional capable of independently developing connection strategies and strategic recommendations. A natural project coordinator, passionate about new challenges, with demonstrated ability to lead high-performance teams towards shared objectives. You are versatile, engaged, self-motivated, organized, flexible, and curious. Responsibilities Developing and contributing added value in the strategic product of the agency. Definition of presentation structures and storytelling. Coordination of different strategic areas (Insights, Analytics, Content, Performics, Data, etc.) for its correct integration in strategic projects. Supporting planning teams in the consumer insight’s search. Defining and participating workshops, and strategic Company staff training. Participation in forums and work meetings, in order to raise the strategic level. Developing strategic work, both for current clients and for pitches. Helping innovation through inspiration and general knowledge of the communication trends Qualifications At least 7 years in a media agency, having had directly managed accounts and also having had developed and presented various pitches. Deep knowledge of all areas that could support integrated communication of an announcer (disciplines, contact points, channels), as well of the essentials characteristics and media uses, and their possibilities interrelation to build more efficient strategies. Advanced knowledge of digital ecosystem. Experience in performance marketing strategies. Enough English level to be able to develop all the work, either in this language or in Spanish. Good use of all types of market generic or specific strategic planning apps and tools, consumer listening tools, insights localization, and data interpretation, advanced analytic knowledge, as well as the different types of integrated disciplines of digital communication. Highly creative, curious, observant, analyst, organized, meticulous and capable to work under stress in certain occasions, with a clearly organizer profile. Why join us?
