Summer Camp Counselors (8 positions) Donostia / San Sebastián, Spain

We are looking for 8 enthusiastic Camp Counselors to join our team this summer in Donostia / San Sebastián, working in a welcoming international camp designed for North American families with children aged 6 months to 8 years .

About the role
Position: Summer Camp Counselor
Location: Donostia / San Sebastián, Spain
Dates: From the 29th of June until the 21st of August
Schedule: 2:00 pm – 9:00 pm (full-time)
Age groups: 6 months to 8 years
Salary: According to leisure monitor salary scale (Spain)
Key responsibilities
Provide attentive, nurturing care to infants and young children
Plan and lead age-appropriate games, creative activities, and play
Support children’s social and emotional wellbeing in a safe environment
Collaborate closely with a young, dynamic team
Communicate in English with children and families
Requirements
Certified Leisure Time Instructor (Monitor/a de Actividades de Tiempo Libre Infantil y Juvenil) or Early Childhood Education qualification (Técnico en Educación Infantil)
Previous experience working with children aged 0–8
English level: B1 or higher (able to hold simple conversations)
Warm, responsible, and energetic personality
Team spirit, initiative, and positive attitude
Genuine love for working with children
Nice to have
~ Knowledge of Reggio Emilia and/or Montessori educational approaches
