This role sits within the operations team and plays a critical part in meeting delivery, inventory, and cost targets while driving continuous improvement.Responsibilities- Lead the logistics function, including procurement, planning, customer coordination, MRP management, and 3PL providers.- Ensure on‑time customer delivery in full compliance with customer requirements.- Manage inventory levels and premium freight to meet operational performance targets.- Drive excess and obsolete inventory reduction through regular reviews and corrective actions.- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with 3PL service providers.- Define and execute inventory audits, including wall‑to‑wall counts.- Support new product and program launches to ensure logistics readiness.- Drive continuous improvement across logistics processes and support cross‑functional teams.Experience Requirements5+ years of experience in supply chain within a manufacturing environment.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field; Master’s is a plus.Experience with ERP/MRP systems, with familiarity in QAD preferred.
