Our five values encourage us to Seek and Embrace New Ideas, Make It Happen, Be Our True Selves, Show You Care, and Achieve Great Things Together.We invest in our people and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Career Progression including Global Mobility opportunities.Comprehensive Benefits with regional specific offerings.Why This Role Is Valuable:As our Supply Engineer you will;Become an expert in the existing MRP system and support training for the Planning team and related functions.Prepare the weekly production schedule in collaboration with the team to ensure operations meet shipping dates and to maximize production efficiency.Participate actively in Lean Planning initiatives.Work closely with the Production team to analyse plant capacity and understand required actions to coordinate the 12 ‑ month Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.In addition to the listed responsibilities, the employee may be required to perform any tasks related to their job category as instructed by their supervisor, including cleaning the equipment used and, in case of emergency, other necessary duties, always respecting their dignity.What You Bring To The Role:Degree in Engineering, ideally in Supply Chain or Industrial Organisation.Knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or M3 is valued.Good level of English; minimum FCE.Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in logistics or industrial engineering, ideally within a food manufacturing environment.Demonstrated ability to work cross ‑ functionally and build strong working relationships.Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and prepare reports.Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders at various levels.Ornua has ambitious growth plans and we’re building a team to help enable and accelerate that growth.
