You'll work closely with key app providers (e.g. AppleTV, HBO Max, Spotify) not only during initial onboarding, but throughout the ongoing lifecycle of their apps: across new platform releases, evolving technical specifications, and new TV model launches. This role combines technical troubleshooting, partner support, and coordination across internal teams. You'll help ensure apps continue to perform reliably as the platform evolves, while also improving documentation, processes, and overall developer experience. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pbApp Lifecycle Support Integrations /b /p ul liAct as a technical contact for app partners across the full lifecycle (onboarding, updates, and new platform releases) /li liSupport partners in adapting their apps to new Titan OS versions, device generations, and technical requirements /li liTroubleshoot issues and identify root causes across app, platform, and device layers /li liCollaborate with QA, engineering, and partners on investigations and issue resolution /li liCommunicate technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders /li /ul pbDeveloper Experience, Documentation Tooling /b /p ul liImprove onboarding and integration processes through clear documentation and guidance /li liCreate and maintain technical documentation, guidelines, and integration best practices /li liSupport and help define tools that improve debugging, inspection, and validation workflowsContribute to maintaining compatibility with other Smart TV platforms /li liSupport app interaction features (e.g. key mapping, deep linking, and platform integrations) /li /ul pbPlatform Quality Certification /b /p ul liSupport app certification and ensure compliance with platform requirements (e.g. playback performance, input handling) /li liHelp validate app behaviour across devices and platform versions /li liIdentify recurring issues and drive improvements in platform requirements, tooling, or processes /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li2-5 years of experience in technical support, software engineering, or systems integration (ideally on Smart TV or connected devices) /li liProficiency with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, including at least one JavaScript framework, with an understanding of how modern web application architecture works /li liExpertise in debugging Web Applications, with proficiency in JavaScript analysis and browser-based tools (WebInspect/Chrome DevTools) /li liBasic understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.) and how it impacts the app lifecycle and data communication /li liStrong problem‑solving skills across multiple layers (app, platform, and device) /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation /li liAbility to collaborate with internal teams and external partners /li liDetail‑oriented with a structured approach to problem‑solving and process improvement /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liExperience with Smart TV platforms (e.g. Titan OS, Android TV, Tizen, WebOS) /li liFamiliarity with OTT/video streaming, DRM, or playback technologies /li liExperience with debugging tools, test frameworks, or automation /li liUnderstanding of CI/CD or release processes /li /ul h3Why This Role /h3 pThis is a great opportunity to work at the intersection of engineering, product, and partner integration, supporting high-profile apps and ensuring they continue to perform across an evolving Smart TV ecosystem. /p h3Benefits /h3 ul liCentrally located office in the heart of Barcelona, with public transportation nearby /li liCompetitive compensation /li liPrivate health insurance /li liFriendly, diverse, and international work environment /li liOpportunity to work outside of your comfort zone and develop professionally in an exciting and fast‑growing CTV industry /li liChange the future of TV!
