Project Coordinator Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in an administrative role and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: SUPPORTING PROJECT ADMINISTRATION Tasks include creating project tools, managing documentation, drafting client reports, organizing readiness for meetings/training sessions, monitoring time sheets and preparation of invoices as well as update project dashboard with information on financials and status reporting CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION Ensure effective coordination with stakeholders during kickoff meetings/training etc
