Sushi Chef – 7Pines Resort Ibiza
We are looking for a passionate Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. The role focuses on the preparation of high‑quality sushi dishes while adhering to health, safety, and sustainability standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare mise en place and manage sushi preparation following standards and norms.
Ensure health and hygiene standards (HACCP) are met.
Adhere to energy and material saving policies and recycle waste.
Maintain clear communication with team members and other departments to support hotel operations and guest wellbeing.
Prepare kitchen utensils, gather and prepare ingredients, and assist in checking, receiving, and storing goods.
Keep storage areas tidy.

Requirements
Knowledge of making various types of sushi and their techniques.
Previous experience in sushi preparation.
Open‑minded, EU citizenship, and suitable educational background.
Strong focus on service, client orientation, and results.
Proficiency in Spanish and English (other languages are a plus).
Experience in 5‑star/luxury hotel environments.
Strong teamwork and autonomous work skills.
