About the Role
Join our team as a Sustainability Analyst, where your skills will contribute to advancing natural climate solutions and fostering sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze ecosystem indicators to assess the health of tropical forest projects and generate actionable insights.
Utilize GIS tools, remote sensing technology, and relevant methodologies to support monitoring efforts for natural climate solutions and forest restoration initiatives.
Conduct in‑depth research on the Voluntary Carbon Market (trends, competitors, and Verra methodologies) to inform project design.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop sustainability strategies, prepare reports for stakeholders, and support efforts to measure and communicate project impacts.

Required Skills

Advanced data analytics skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficient use of Microsoft Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
Ability to work autonomously and diligently in remote settings.
Familiarity with Google Suite and other remote working tools.
Familiarity with key tropical forest ecosystem indicators (Biomass, Biodiversity, Ecological Connectivity).

Desired Skills (Not Mandatory)

Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
Familiarity with GIS tools (e.g., QGIS, ArcGIS) and data analysis (e.g., Python, VBA, R).
Experience with remote sensing tools (forest monitoring).
Knowledge of the voluntary carbon market is highly desirable.
Knowledge of natural climate solutions is highly desirable.
Knowledge of Verra AFOLU Methodologies is a strong plus.
